Krishna Adit Agarwal M.D.

In my capacity as a senior faculty member in the Department of Physiology, I have known Krishna Adit Aggarwal since 2008, when he started his studies for Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery Degree at VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi.Over the course of the past 7 years, Krishna has proven himself to be a well rounded and wholesome personality. Not only has he excelled academically, he has also organized and taken part in numerous research programs as well as extra-curricular activities with immense enthusiasm and dedication.Regarding academics, Krishna has always displayed an utmost enthusiasm and the ability to approach academic and practical problems in a logical, analytical, and systematic manner which is reflected in his consistently good performance in the examinations.Krishna has undertaken several brilliant initiatives ,including conceiving and organizing MEDSICON, a platform devoted to encouraging research and practical skills in the undergraduate medical students. Similarly, he also founded the MEDISTAR which involves a series of workshops designed to hone practical skills. Taking his passion for research a notch higher, he has also been instrumental in setting up the ‘Journal of Young Medical Researchers” which aim to provide an exclusive avenue for young medicos to publish their work. Krishna himself has an impressive resume of 2 international and 10 national presentations of his research work while he has also been the contributing author in several publications. Adding another bright feather to his cap, Krishna recently also co-authored a concise and comprehensive review book of Surgery for undergraduate MBBS students which has been very well received by students and faculty alike. Overall, he also maintains a positive and cheerful attitude.All these attributes also help him to develop a tremendous rapport with patients, friends and faculty. With all his skills and knowledge in-and-out of the medical system, I offer high recommendation for Krishna without reservation.

Dr Krishna Adit Agarwal is an excellent , dedicated, hard working doctor who is a keen researcher, sincere clinician and with very high ethics to add. Most of what i say would only be less for him. I wish him all the best in all his endeavors.

I met Krishna during his surgery rotations and my interaction with him increased during the period when we jointly organized an International Medical Student’s Congress. Krishna was extremely hard working and methodical in his approach. In addition to his involvement in many extra-curricular activities in the college, he was an exceptional student. Krishna is a powerhouse. He is full of energy and ideas. Krishna can take a stale idea and make it a gem. His humbleness reflects in his talk and he listens to his seniors. He has been instrumental in helping me in writing a book. His punctuality, hard-working nature and respect for his seniors is outstanding. He can perform tasks with minimal explanation.
